Uniciti Rules & Regulations

1. Always Follow the Uniciti Residence Code of Conduct Where Necessary.

2. Visitors Rules:

  • No Visitor Can Enter the Premises Without the Host Person They Visiting Present at the Main Gate.
  • Visitors to Abide by the Uniciti Rules at All Times.
  • Visitors Are Never Allowed to Stay Over.
  • Visitors to Receive a Visitors Card & Return at the Exit When Leaving.
  • All Visitors Are Required to Leave Id, Student Card or Driver’s License With Security Until Departure.
  • Visitors Are Permitted From 7:00am to 19:00pm, Any Visitor Who Does Not Check Out by This Time Will Be Asked to Leave by Security.
  • No Sub-letting, Squatting & Cohabitation is Allowed, Any Student Guilty of
  • Such Offences Will Be Reported to Uniciti Which Leads to Expulsion From the Residence.
  • Students Are Not Allowed to Sign in More Than 2 Visitors a Day.
  • No Visitor May Be Signed in for Another Student.
  • Violation of These Rules Will Result in the Maximum Fine Being Imposed and/or Possible Expulsion From Residence.
  • No Visitors Are Allowed During Residence Registration Period

3. No Sub-letting, Squatting & Cohabitation is Allowed, Any Student Guilty of Such Offences Will Be Reported to Uniciti Which Leads to Expulsion From the Residence.

4. Unauthorized Exchange of Rooms, Even by Mutual Agreement Between Individuals is Not Allowed.

5. No Drugs or Alcohol Abuse Will Be Tolerated on Residence.

6. Students Will Be Liable for the Cleanliness of Their Rooms as This Will Be Checked Regularly & Evaluated. Incentives Will Be Given for Rooms in Excellent Condition.
